Doziers Regatta Point Yacht Club, Deltaville, Virginia

The courtesy car is a great big old Buick Roadmaster station wagon.
The fruit and vegetable stand; they were picking the vegetables right in front of the stand, so we knew they were fresh
Quiet day today, spent the day getting caught up with some chores. Wayne did engine checks and changed fuel filters. I did laundry. This afternoon we got the courtesy car with Jim and Gloria from Crawdad, went into town to a produce place, got fresh picked strawberries, peas. The vegetables and fruit are so good. Then went to the grocery store; good time to stock up on heavy things while we have a car to bring them back. Quick stop at West Marine, we needed to replace a fender holder that had broken in one of the locks. This evening, Doziers had a wine and cheese get together for all of the loopers here, again a nice chance to chat with other loopers. Busy place tonight, two other groups were also having parties here, one at the picnic tables by the barbques, the other on another part of the huge porch. Nice to see the place so busy, they told us that they are seeing more boaters right now that they have seen yet this spring. They have a deal here, loopers get a price break, plus pay two days and get the 3rd day free, so we plan to stay another day. Not a lot to see and do here, but nice and quiet and a good chance to get caught up.
