This is right beside the channel, you can see how shallow it is. Good idea to stay well within the channel. Met one big boat today on our side of the channel, nearly forced us out to the point where we were in some shallow water.

We filled up with fuel at the Palm Beach yacht centre before we left this morning, cheapest fuel we have seen in a long time. Had a very pleasant trip up to North Palm Beach. Not as many huge mansions and mega-yachts along the way, although we did see some. The weather predictions for the next few days call for wind and storms, so we feel quite safe in this harbour, which has good floating docks and good protection from waves. Went for a walk this afternoon, found a good grocery store, could only buy what I could carry, so will definitely need to go back. Weather was warm and sunny this morning, clouded over this afternoon, with wind and a few showers. Got together with Scott and Marlene, Nancy and Eddie for dinner on Dream Fever. We will stay here for a few days, partly because of the weather predictions, also to re-provision, do some shopping and exploring.
