Buckhorn Island, Illinois

Tall Timbers Marina in Havana, everything here is on floating docks to accomodate the varying water levels
We are anchored just off a small island at mile 46 in the Illinois River. Left Tall Timbers at 7:30,waited until the fog/river mist had lifted, we thought. We just got going nicely and the fog descended. We travelled until 9 in heavy fog. We were behind Dream Fever, and for much of the time all we could see was their dinghy on the back of the boat. Once the fog lifted it was a beautiful day, cool but sunny, no wind. Lots of tows today, one lock. We had an hour and a half wait at the lock; they were busy with tows. Beautiful calm evening tonight, should be in Grafton tomorrow.
